This high-volume, fast-paced restaurant serves authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine and is looking for a passionate and driven Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and oversee a talented brigade. The ideal Senior Sous Chef will have experience in pasta, pizza, and grill sections and will be confident working across all stations. There is a strong focus on quality ingredients and seasonal specials, with chefs having input into menu development.
