Citizens Advice Wirral is a local charity that supports Wirral residents by providing advice, information, casework and social prescribing services. The organisation assists clients with issues including benefits, debt, employment, housing and life challenges that affect their health and wellbeing.

Financial Capability Keyworker
The role focuses on early intervention, helping clients take control of their finances before issues become a crisis. The key responsibilities include:
* Improve clients' financial capability and resilience by providing budgeting support.
* Deliver debt prevention advice.
* Offer practical money‑management skills training.
* Support clients with early intervention to prevent financial crisis.
