11. Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficiency
12. Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Candidate requirements for the Bodyshop Estimator / VDA position:
13. Proven experience as a Bodyshop Estimator / VDA within a busy workshop environment
14. Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and estimating procedures
15. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
16. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
17. Familiarity with estimating software is desirable
