Your Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages efficiently and professionally
Maintain a clean and organised bar area at all times
Advise guests on all products available within the venue
Promote a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
Ensure your bar area is fully stocked with glassware, ice, condiments, and other sundries
Prepare and lay up restaurants and boxes for service
Keep all work and public areas clean and tidy, following Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines
Accurately process and record orders for billing purposes
Use tills in accordance with Racecourse procedures
Handle stock, and equipment securely and responsibly

There are usually a variety of shifts available, depending on busy periods and the annual racing calendar.
What were looking for:

Great communication and customer service skills
Previous bar or hospitality experience is helpful, but not essential
Weekend availability is essential
