Due to continued growth and the opening of new ProCook stores nationwide, we’re excited to introduce a newly created 2nd Line IT Support Engineer role within our expanding IT team. You’ll provide hands-on IT support across both our Head Office and store network, including regular travel to support existing locations and new store openings, so no two days will be the same. This is an on-site role based at our Gloucester offices (GL10 3EZ), working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Working hours will be either 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm, including a 30-minute unpaid break, with some flexibility. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, and you should be comfortable travelling frequently (including to Northern Ireland). Please note: the successful candidate will join the business after 6th April 2026.
