Fidarsi are currently partnering with a boutique Investment Manager who are looking to appoint an experienced HR Generalist to take ownership of their HR function in a standalone capacity, reporting directly to the CEO. With a current headcount of around 30 employees, this is a varied role offering both hands-on HR delivery and the opportunity to advise senior leadership.
This position covers the full employee lifecycle and will suit someone who enjoys being both operational and strategic. As the firm’s dedicated HR lead, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR support as well as developing and implementing processes to support the company’s people agenda.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries across the business.
* Partner with the CEO and senior management team to provide HR guidance.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and inductions.
* Oversee performance reviews, learning and development, and employee engagement.
* Handle employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law.
* Administer payroll and benefits with external providers.
* Maintain HR systems and accurate employee records.
* Review and implement HR policies and procedures to meet business needs.
About You
* Previous experience as a broad HR Generalist.
* Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Comfortable working independently and providing advice to senior leadership.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance operational and strategic priorities.
* Experience within financial services
