Fixed Term Full Time (Maternity Cover until 28th August 2026)
Salary: £22,222 to £24,000 per annum + annual company bonus
Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Location: Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire (RG41)
You will be working for REL Field Marketing to fulfil the role of Account Executive on our Tactical Team.
You will be responsible for:
* Responding to operational issues in the field via phone and email
* Ensuring the field team have the necessary equipment and information to complete the job
* Liaising with the warehouse/courier and field colleagues regarding delivery of POS (Point of Sale materials)
* Completing monthly grocery reports for business directors
* Completing an activity in store on a monthly basis
* Standard operational administration activities, including:
o Field brief and survey writing for approval of the project manager
o Collate briefs and project materials to distribute to field team via mailouts
o Keep the client up to date with photos from live activities using our internal activity management system
o System administration such as paperwork checks
You will have:
* Confidence with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Basic IT skills in Word and Outlook
* A good “can do” attitude, and you are prepared to go that “extra mile”
* Strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
