About the Role:
Nottingham Forest Football Club is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People and Culture team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
It's an exciting time to join the Club. You will support recruitment and onboarding of employees, casual workers, volunteers, and placement students across all departments. Responsibilities include managing recruitment campaigns end-to-end, developing role specifications, advertising, interviewing, and onboarding administration. The role emphasizes safe recruitment practices and promoting EDI to create an inclusive work environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Role Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to plan recruitment processes, including role specifications, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
2. ATS Management: Manage job roles and candidate journey within the applicant tracking system, Teamtailor.
3. Communication: Serve as the main contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates and effective communication throughout the process.
4. Equality, Diversity & Inclusion: Work with the ED&I Lead to promote inclusive advertising and sourcing, enhancing team diversity.
5. Interviews: Support hiring managers with screening and participating in interviews as needed.
6. Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding processes, including paperwork, background checks, and stakeholder coordination.
7. Analysis and Planning: Monitor recruitment campaigns, identify barriers, and generate reports to improve processes.
8. Safer Recruitment: Ensure recruitment practices meet safeguarding standards, working with the Head of Safeguarding.
9. Support to People & Culture Team: Contribute to strategic projects and support team initiatives.
Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
* Experience managing end-to-end in-house recruitment campaigns.
* Experience recruiting diverse roles, ideally within sports organizations.
* Knowledge of safer recruitment and safeguarding practices.
* Confidence with applicant tracking systems, preferably Teamtailor.
* Strong administrative, data management, and process improvement skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Organized with the ability to handle multiple projects.
* Proactive in process improvement and innovation in recruitment.
* Passion for sports and creating an inclusive workplace.
