A well-established and highly regarded legal firm in Gloucestershire is seeking a Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing litigation team. The Role From a recruitment perspective, this role offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
* Managing claimant personal injury and clinical negligence cases from inception through to settlement or trial
* Handling complex liability and quantum issues, including catastrophic injury and serious medical negligence matters
* Instructing and liaising with medical experts, counsel, and other professionals
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss, and court documentation
* Negotiating settlements and advising clients clearly and sensitively throughout the claims process
* Ensuring compliance with procedural rules, protocols, and limitation deadlines

* Qualified Solicitor with experience in personal injury and/or clinical negligence
