Fabrication Supervisor Due to company growth, we are currently recruiting for a Fabrication Supervisor to join a leading manufacturing company based in Romsey. Introduction The Fabrication Supervisor will be responsible for the leading and supervising the fabrication team, providing direct support to the Production Manager. As well as leadership this will be a hands on r ther transferable production based skills and the ability to use various hand and power tooling and keen to learn all fabricating techniques, we'd still love to hear from you. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, with an excellent attitude and aptitude to progression and work ethics and importantly imparting this to their team members.
