Job Details
Job Title: Operations Director
Location: Cramlington, Fenham and Bedlington, with additional sites planned within the next 18 months.
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 FTE, depending on experience and qualifications.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Closing Date: 7th May, subject to being closed early
Holidays: 38-day paid holiday (including bank holidays), with additional unpaid holiday schemes and extra days for full attendance.

Role Overview
As the Operations Director, you will support the CEO in delivering the mission of Little Angels, achieving excellence in all we do for our children and empowering our adults to achieve. You will be an esteemed and respected leader of our team of passionate experts in the field. You will embrace the exciting new phase of our carefully considered expansion programme.

Person Specification
* At least 5 years of senior leadership experience
* At least 2 years of leadership experience in a large setting or group of settings
* Experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (desirable)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to think strategically and work independently
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Relevant Level 6 degree and leadership qualifications (desirable)
* Full driving licence and transport
