The Role

The University wishes to appoint a lecturer for a fixed period to teach the Welsh provision in the Department of Welsh and Celtic Studies.

The successful candidate will be an individual who has completed a PhD in a relevant field; is able to teach undergraduate modules about Welsh language, culture and literature; has experience of university teaching; is able to work as part of a team and independently; and who, ideally, has research interests that are appropriate to the Department. It should be noted however that this is a Teaching and Scholarship position only and the appointee will not be expected to contribute research outputs or formally contribute to the Department's research profile.

To make an informal enquiry, please contact the Head of Department, Dr Rhianedd Jewell at rmj15@aber.ac.uk .
