This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Revenues and Benefits Assistant / Officer.
Ideally, candidates will have experience working in Local Government and knowledge of the Capita One Revenues & Benefits System and the Information@Work Enterprise document imaging system, although this is not essential.
The successful candidate will have a clerical background with skills in data input to computerised systems, scanning, indexing, and maintaining accurate records. Experience in administering Council Tax discounts, exemptions, and reliefs is particularly welcomed.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, customer focus, and proficiency with Microsoft products, web-based services, and email are required.
This is a permanent position, working 37 hours per week on an agile basis, with remuneration based on knowledge and experience.
