Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others? We're searching for dedicated Support Workers to become part of our close-knit team in Bromsgrove.
At our shared bungalow, we provide compassionate care and support to 5 incredible adults with learning disabilities and additional health needs. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in their lives, assisting with daily activities such as personal care, manual handling support, and joining in on their favourite adventures! From hydrotherapy and swimming to sensory sessions and music activities, every day is filled with meaningful experiences and opportunities for growth. Plus, you'll never be on your own, as teamwork is at the heart of what we do - we have a ratio of three staff on shift for both early and late shifts.
It is essential that you hold a Full UK or EU licence for this role as the people we support have a mobility vehicle that their support workers will need to be able to drive for them. In order to drive a mobility vehicle, you need to have a Full UK or EU licence.
What shifts are available?
1. 7.30am – 3:00pm / 2.30pm - 9pm – No Long Days!
2. We’re looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends
3. Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!
