This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving sales performance, stock turn, compliance, digital visibility and customer experience standards across one of the Group’s busiest multi-brand sites. About the Role As our Sales Manager / Team Leader, you will take full responsibility for the operational and strategic leadership of the New & Used Sales Division. You will be accountable for: Sales Leadership & Performance Managing all new and used vehicle operations for Renault, Dacia & Alpine. Achieving sales, finance, accessories, GAP and value-added product targets. Maintaining stock under 90 days and driving improved stock turn performance. Ensuring accurate pricing, merchandising and timely used vehicle preparation. Delivering exceptional customer experience (CSI) across all touchpoints. Team Management & Coaching Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing sales team. Daily sales briefings, weekly one-to-ones and monthly performance reviews. Structured coaching in conversion, enquiry management, upsell and product knowledge. Promoting professional behaviours, punctuality and process adherence. Digital, Enquiry & CRM Excellence Ensuring consistent enquiry management and follow-up processes. Close use of Pinnacle DMS – full compliance with showroom workflows. Customer Reviews & Online Reputation Supporting Group-wide online reputation and branch visibility goals. Compliance & Standards Meeting FCA, GDPR, ITC and audit standards with zero exceptions. Ensuring correct legal documentation, finance presentation and audit-ready files. Operational Discipline Maintaining full manufacturer programme awareness and ensuring your team delivers against all KPIs. Digital & Social Media Leadership To strengthen Group digital growth, you will: Oversee creation of daily/near-daily content Lead your team in building branch visibility and engagement. What We’re Looking For We are seeking an individual who demonstrates: ✔ Proven automotive management experience (minimum 5 years) ✔ Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills ✔ High standards of professionalism, discipline and accountability ✔ Excellent CRM proficiency and process discipline ✔ Strong financial awareness and ability to manage budgets ✔ A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving ✔ Confidence with digital platforms, social media and modern retailing ✔ Experience with FCA-regulated sales environments ✔ Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience Renault, Dacia or Alpine brand experience is beneficial but not essential.
