Surrey County Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Children Looked After (CLA) Service, based at Woodhatch Place in Reigate. About the role You'll hold a caseload of children who are looked after, building lasting relationships and acting as a consistent, trusted professional in their lives. Your work will involve care planning, statutory reviews, permanency planning and working closely with carers, schools, health services and other partners to provide holistic support. The CLA service is built on relational practice, stability and trust - and that starts with the team around you. You'll receive regular supervision, work within a manageable caseload, and have dedicated Business Support so you can focus on what matters: the child.
