Train new receptionists, provide ongoing coaching, and monitor performance. Handle escalated guest/client queries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Ensure reception desk procedures (check-ins, check-outs, visitor logs, phone/email responses) are followed accurately. Maintain records, prepare reports, and support with bookings, correspondence, and data entry. Uphold company policies, health & safety standards, and security protocols (e.g., visitor sign-in, key management). Act as the link between reception staff, management, and other departments.
