Role Overview We’re looking for a technical IT Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of large-scale, global infrastructure and digital workplace projects across Spirax Group. Reporting to the Group IT PMO Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a matrix-managed role with no direct reports, but you’ll be coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders across the business. A technical background is crucial for this role. Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On… Leading multiple infrastructure and digital workplace projects from initiation to completion. Collaborating with Group IT, Business Units, and Group Communications to define project requirements and deliverables. Managing internal IT staff, vendors, and third-party contractors to ensure resource alignment. Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with IT governance and security standards. Maintaining high-quality standards across all project deliverables. Communicating project progress clearly and consistently to stakeholders and senior management. Supporting change management and communication plans to drive project adoption. Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include…. Proven success in delivering complex IT infrastructure and digital workplace projects. Strong technical understanding of IT networks and digital workplace technologies. Experience using PPM tools such as Triskell, MS Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps. Familiarity with M365 and E5 licensing. Agile project delivery experience or qualifications. A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or PPM.
