About the Role: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Children’s Community Support Worker ‘s to join our Caremark team in Rotherham & Sheffield. We provide one-to-one and two-to -one support for children and young people living within the community. As a Community Support Worker, you will be supporting our clients within an educational setting, within the home and the community. This role requires someone who can drive and has access to a vehicle, as you will be supporting clients across various locations and supporting them to access the community. You will play a key role in promoting emotional well-being, independence, and engagement in daily activities. We support clients during the day in block hours from 4-12 hours at any one time. We also provide support during the night depending on the need of our client. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1 – it is an occupational requirement due to our client’s preference that the post-holder is female.
