About The Role
We use innovation to shape data so it works for everyone and we’re planning to re-platform and improve the existing (commercial, operational and customer) data assets and develop new ones, as well as transform how we work with the business to use our data better.
As our Digital Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting digital innovation and management across our diverse range of products and services. You will support our Digital teams, including Organic Performance (SEO) and Performance Media (Display, Paid Social), to drive digital growth. You will be at the forefront of our digital business, leveraging channels to better serve our customers.
We’re looking for a digital data enthusiast, working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer outcomes. Your support will help manage and evolve our digital strategy, ensuring best practices.
About You
This is a great opportunity for an experienced digital analyst to join a successful team. We are looking for someone who can:
* Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships by understanding business landscapes, market trends, partners, and audience needs.
* Technology & Vendor Leadership: Support digital technology and vendor usage to keep MO at the cutting edge.
* Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Provide insights for reporting, analysis, and optimization to meet KPIs.
* Organic & Paid Performance: Guide the business in performance processes and identify training needs.
* Cross-Team Integration: Collaborate with Brand, CRM, Digital Product, and Data teams to leverage platforms and tools.
* Digital Technology Utilisation: Ensure optimal use of digital tools, including bid management, audience tech, and analytics. Manage media agency partners for campaign effectiveness.
Minimum Criteria
* Advanced knowledge of digital technologies (GTM, bid management, audience targeting, SEO, social media tools)
* Innovative with an analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to deliver actionable insights
* Experience managing media budgets across diverse products/services
* Commitment to coaching and developing digital talent
* Proficient in engaging with technical and business teams, with clear communication skills
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of data management, database systems, and data warehousing
* SQL skills for writing clear and efficient queries
* Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Looker)
* Understanding of cloud technologies
Team & Projects
The Data & Analytics Team supports the business with insights from our Data Warehouse and Lake, involved in Data Science, AI, and ML projects using Oracle, Snowflake, AWS, and more, following Agile practices.
