Plumbing Lecturer (Full Training into Teaching)
Salary: 37,000 - 47,000 GBP (plus full teacher training, qualifications, 37 days annual leave, teachers' pension, progression, benefits.)
Location: Site based, commutable from South London, Epsom, Sutton, Croydon, Caterham, Mitcham and surrounding areas.
Are you a qualified plumber keen to move into a teaching role where you can help to develop the next generation of plumbers? This is an exciting opportunity to move into education as a Trainee or Fully Qualified Lecturer in Plumbing, with full training and support every step of the way.

In this role you will:
* Plan and deliver practical and theory lessons to full‑time students and apprentices across levels.
* Mentor apprentices, assess progress and help them develop the skills and confidence to become fully qualified plumbers.
* Mark assessments and track progress using digital systems.
* Contribute to curriculum planning, pastoral support, and learner reviews.
We are looking for a candidate who holds an NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, and has solid industry experience. No previous teaching experience is required; full support and training will be provided to help you gain your teaching qualification.
Qualifications and experience:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of 18th Edition wiring regulations.
* Strong industry experience as a practicing electrician.
* Motivation to move into teaching and inspire the next generation.
* Based within a commutable distance of South London.
