Your Role as Strategic Finance Business Partner - Growth & City Development
* Strategic financial leadership across growth, regeneration, housing and planning portfolios
* Capital programme oversight including business cases, investment appraisals and funding strategies
* Commercial insight on land, property and development opportunities
* Senior partnering & influence with directors, members and external partners
* Team leadership & governance, ensuring strong control, risk management and value for money
Your previous experience as Strategic Finance Business Partner - Growth & City Development
* Senior finance leadership experience in a complex organisation
* Proven capital & regeneration finance background with large scale programmes
* Expert business case development and investment appraisal skills
* Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management
* Track record of leading teams and delivering transformation
