The Role
* Collaborate with directors and associates to deliver a diverse range of projects.
* Mentor, coach and manage a team of Civil Engineers, whilst promoting growth and teamwork.
* Ensure outstanding project delivery leaning of the expertise of your team and the wider teams.
* Lead the financial aspects of projects and ensure efficiency and profitability is met.
* Confidently build client relationships and explore new avenues for future projects.
