Kickstart your career Leicester City Football Club as a HR Business Partner!

About The Role & Who We’re Scouting

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled HR Business Partner to join our squad at Leicester City Football Club. As HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting the HR Manager and Head of HR in developing and delivering a HR partnering service to the Club, working alongside designated business areas to ensure we deliver a best-in-class people experience to all our colleagues.


Responsibilities

* Drive the HR strategy and agenda amongst key stakeholders.
* Support and challenge management teams with effective people strategies that drive employee engagement, maximise performance and deliver organisational effectiveness.
* Contribute to generalist HR activity in areas such as employee engagement, internal communications, organisation design, change and talent management.


Qualifications

* Proven track record delivering generalist HR advice and support to a diverse population with varying contractual relationships (casual workers, part-time/full-time, contractors, self-employed, project workers, etc.).
* CIPD qualification (Level 5) is essential.
* Current Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development.
* In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and law; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
