About the Role As a Teaching Assistant in our reception class, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning and development, working closely under the guidance of class teachers and senior staff. This role involves: providing one-to-one support to pupils, helping them engage fully with learning activities assisting small groups and individuals with tasks and activities tailored to their needs supporting classroom preparation and creating an inviting, stimulating learning environment maintaining records of pupil progress and behaviour to inform teaching strategies helping to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils in line with safeguarding policies participating in school events, trips, and playground supervision. You will be a valued member of our team, contributing to an atmosphere where every pupil feels supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
