Plumber
We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join C~urb’s Planned Maintenance team in Link’s Falkirk office. The role involves carrying out kitchen and bathroom installations and general plumbing repairs in tenants’ homes across Link’s areas of operation. A UK driving licence is essential.
Location
Link’s Falkirk office, with travel required across various sites.
Hours of Work
39 per week, Monday to Friday.
About the Role

* Carrying out kitchen and bathroom installations
* Performing general plumbing repairs in tenants’ homes
* Working as part of a multi-skilled kitchen or bathroom installation team
* Carrying out multi-trade tasks when required
* Planning your own workload and working flexibly to meet timescales
About You
* NVQ/City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience in a similar plumbing role
* Sound technical knowledge of domestic plumbing systems, including fault diagnosis and rectification
* Sound knowledge and awareness of relevant Health & Safety requirements and legislation
* Commitment to excellent customer care
* Knowledge of a range of traditional and non-traditional construction methods, materials and installations
* Current UK driving licence
