Location: Projects between Exeter and South Bristol
Job Description
We are currently recruiting experienced Roofers, Cladders, and Roofing Labourers for ongoing construction projects covering the Exeter to South Bristol area. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, with workers employed through us for the first 3 months before being transferred onto the companys books.
This is a great opportunity to join established site teams on commercial and residential roofing and cladding projects.
Pay Rates (depending on experience):
* Roofers (Skilled): £22 £30 per hour (CIS)
* Cladders (Skilled): £20 £30 per hour (CIS)
* Roofing Labourers:From £14.20 per hour (PAYE)
Payment Details
* Weekly pay
* CIS payment available for Roofers and Cladders
* PAYE payment for Roofing Labourers
Key Responsibilities
Roofers:
* Installing and repairing various roofing systems
* Working with tiles, slates, flat roofing systems, and membranes
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to high standards
Cladders:
* Installation of cladding systems including metal, composite, and rainscreen panels
* Measuring, cutting, and fixing cladding materials
* Working to technical drawings and site specifications
Roofing Labourers:
* Assisting roofers and cladders on site
* Loading/unloading materials
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
* Valid CSCS Card (essential)
* Previous roofing or cladding site experience preferred
* Ability to work safely at height
* Good understanding of construction site safety procedures
* Own PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots)
Preferred Qualifications (not essential but advantageous)

Working at Height certification
* IPAF licence (MEWP)
* PASMA (mobile tower scaffold)
* NVQ Level 2 in Roofing Occupations or Cladding Occupations
