We're excited to be recruiting for a Senior Account Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships, delivering profitable growth, and leading the execution of account strategies aligned to both customer and business objectives.

Responsibilities
Create and deliver key account strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in line with business and customer objectives
Own and deliver sales budgets, margin targets, and account growth plans
Identify and develop new business opportunities within customer accounts and deliver through Joint Business Plans
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure aligned delivery of customer plans
Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to develop and launch new or refreshed product ranges
Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, trade spend, and promotional activity within agreed parameters
Drive continuous improvement by challenging ways of working both internally and with customers
Support development of talent, succession planning, and team capability within the wider commercial function
About you
Degree calibre with strong commercial and business acumen
Proven experience in FMCG account management (typically 5+ years)
Strong track record of delivering sales growth and managing key customer relationships
Experience of leading customer strategies and Joint Business Planning
Confident in commercial negotiations including pricing and trade investment
Strong leadership capability, with experience managing or influencing others
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Strong cross-functional understanding and ability to work collaboratively
A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge, innovate, and drive change
