Reports to: Head of Power Unit Integration
Cadillac Formula 1 is preparing for the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship and is building a high-performance team to compete at the highest level. We are seeking a Power Unit Integration Engineer to support activities at our Silverstone facility. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a growing team committed to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate external dyno and rig testing, including creating test plans and specifications.
* Manage power unit assembly and part data control and distribution.
* Design, develop, and release parts for dyno and test rig installations, including garage equipment.
* Own projects, communicate risks and opportunities to the Head of Power Unit Integration.
* Provide comprehensive information for production processes, materials, techniques, and quality standards.
* Support power unit activities, liaising with partners in fuel and lubricants.
* Assist the design team to meet performance and delivery goals.
Minimum Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Experience in F1 or motorsport preferred.
* Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing, materials, and analysis.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
* Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working independently.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
