The home is known for its person-centred approach, strong community feel and commitment to delivering exceptional standards of care and resident wellbeing.The RoleAs Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care to residents.
You will provide strong clinical leadership to nursing and care teams, promoting high standards of practice and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.You will play a key role in maintaining clinical governance, supporting staff development, conducting audits, reviewing care plans and overseeing medication management.
