Finance Assistant
Hertford
* £30,000 – £33,000 per annum
* Mon–Fri, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
* Office-based
We’re looking for a capable and proactive Finance Assistant to join a busy team in Hertford. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working closely with a management team across multiple divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing and loading supplier invoices onto the system
* Coding costs and working with cost centres
* Preparing reports for the management team
* Resolving queries and investigating errors
* Supporting a diverse business with different divisions and activities
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a finance/accounts role (property sector experience an advantage)
* AAT qualifications (or working towards) would be beneficial
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
* A confident communicator who can use their initiative
* Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
