Heating Engineer - Contract Opportunity
Location: Various sites (travel required)
Contract: 3 month rolling contract
Rate: £30 per hour (Umbrella) / £21.88 per hour (PAYE) - flexible for the right candidate
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Heating Engineer to join our client on a 3 month rolling contract, supporting the delivery of high quality maintenance services across housing stock and corporate properties.
The Role
Working under the direction of a designated Repairs Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of heating maintenance and repair works. Your role will be key in supporting ongoing service improvements within the organisation's property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out heating repairs, installations, and maintenance in line with works orders
* Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
* Supporting the delivery of responsive and planned maintenance services
* Travelling between sites as required
Requirements
* Relevant technical qualifications and accreditations: CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, CENWAT1, MET1, HTR1
* Range Cooker certification
* Unvented Hot Water certification
* Current Gas Safe registration
* Full UK driving licence (essential - travel to multiple sites required)
