We are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client, to join their administrative team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly, fast-paced working environment.
This position would suit someone looking to build or further develop their administrative career, as previous experience within a similar sector is not essential and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting new client onboarding processes
Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently
Raising and managing invoices using accounting software
Assisting with company secretarial duties
Carrying out a variety of general administrative tasks to support the wider team
Skills & Experience
Previous experience within an office administration role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with a proactive and methodical approach to work
Ability to work independently and use initiative
A collaborative team player
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
