Salary: OTE £60,000 per annum

WANTED An energetic and friendly Lettings Negotiator is required to join a respected local lettings agency in the Finchley area.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a thriving, independently owned local estate agency.
The ideal candidate will be confident, articulate and skilled at securing new instructions, negotiating lettings and building long-lasting client relationships. Local knowledge and a proactive approach will be highly valued.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Generating new lettings business and winning instructions
* Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
* Providing professional advice to landlords and tenants
* Managing applicant enquiries and maintaining regular communication
* Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the lettings process
* Supporting the team with general lettings administration
* Promoting the company's services and reputation within the local area
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Previous experience as a Residential Lettings Negotiator
* Strong sales ability and negotiation skills
* Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
* Professional, well-presented and self-motivated
* Good knowledge of the Finchley area (beneficial)
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
* Ability to work proactively and independently
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
