Job Purpose

To be a member of the DA Management team and provide reporting, processing and administrative support to the DA Management Team.


Detailed Duties

* Assist in general management and administration of Ascot’s bordereaux management systems and processes (BDX and DDM)
* Provide assistance in the oversight of bordereaux data quality and the timely submission into BDX and DDM.
* Assist in approving bordereaux mappings and answering queries from our outsourced processing team (PSU).
* Provide support and guidance to Polo Works in answering bordereaux processing queries
* Assist in obtaining outstanding bordereaux from various sources including IMR, Lineage, Broker portals.
* Review new binding authority templates pre‑bind to ensure they meet Lloyds reporting standards and raise any non‑compliance.
* Liaise with various stakeholders internally and externally to improve timely receipt of bordereaux.
* Review, maintain and update contract information in BDX and DDM, including setting up of new facilities and amendments by endorsement.
* Attend regular catch‑ups with outsourced bordereaux processing team
* Assist in creating and testing of new Delegated Authority MI reports
* Assist in the preparation of reports for coverholder and binding authority performance monitoring.
* Assist in the production of ad‑hoc data requests for Underwriters and various Ascot Stakeholders.
* Assist Data manager in producing regulatory reports and returns for DA business
