Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects from initial bid stage through to completion. The Role As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery across the full lifecycle within a technical manufacturing environment. The Project Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are effectively planned, monitored, and delivered to the highest standards. Key responsibilities will include: Assisting with the initial bid and tender compilation process Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery Producing and submitting project status reports to clients and senior management Coordinating project meetings and documenting actions and updates Working closely with stakeholders to support efficient project implementation Managing all project-related documentation and paperwork Monitoring project costs, progress, and quality throughout delivery Supporting budget management and identifying cost-saving opportunities Liaising with clients to define and review project objectives Negotiating with contractors and suppliers where required Coordinating internal teams to ensure workflow remains on track Ensuring projects align with quality and compliance standards expected within regulated sectors About You The ideal Project Coordinator will have previous experience within a project coordination, project administration, scheduling, or project support role, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment. Ideally, you will come from an electronics or electronic manufacturing background, with an understanding of engineering processes and working within a technical, regulated environment being highly advantageous.
