Contract Administrator Northampton, 37.5hours per week, on-site £14.87 per hour Temporary - permanent after 12 successful weeks weeks We’re hiring a Contract Administrator to support our commercial team with customer onboarding, contract setup, billing, and accounts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and correcting discrepancies, communicating with clients to resolve invoice-related issues, and supporting the wider finance and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities- Ensure smooth customer onboarding, contract setup, accurate billing, and proactive client management. Chasing outstanding balances and managing customer queries. Prepare, review and negotiate contracts to mutually benefit all parties Ensure accurate PO application and monthly billing execution. Liaise between Sales, Legal, Finance and Clients to resolve any issues. Work alongside credit control, sales and finance teams to resolve issues. Perform account reconciliation. Requirements- Proven experience in credit control, contract administration. Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication—both with customers and internal teams. Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Ability to negotiate contract terms as well as address issues whilst maintaining a positive relationship with the client.
