A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Business Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Redditch, starting ASAP. This role is perfect for a dedicated teacher with a passion for business education, looking for a long-term, full-time position where you can inspire and motivate the next generation of business leaders.
As a Business Teacher, you will deliver engaging and dynamic lessons across key stages, helping students gain a strong understanding of business concepts, entrepreneurship, and economics. You will also work closely with other staff to develop the curriculum and contribute to the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality Business lessons to secondary students.
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their academic development.
Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources and innovative teaching strategies.
Maintain discipline and a productive learning environment in line with school policies.
Skills & Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong knowledge and passion for Business education.
Experience teaching Business at secondary level (desirable).
Ability to engage and inspire students.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
