Programme Coordinator – Cheltenham – Permanent (37.5 hours per week) – £40,000 - £52,000 per annum – SC or DV Clearance
Our client has 2 roles available, one at £40,000 - £42,000 and one at £48,000 - £52,000 so one is slightly more senior.
They are looking for 2 organised and proactive People/Programme Coordinators who can coordinate training and apprenticeships, be the point of contact for clients and ensuring KPI and SLA levels are met.
Working Patterns: This role is hybrid with 2-3 days on site per week.
The Key Responsibilities of a Programme Coordinator:
* You will act as the trusted advisor and first point of contact to clients.
* Coordinate the delivery of training and apprenticeship programmes for clients.
* Create and maintain programme plans to track progress.
* Set up and lead service reviews and ensure Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met.
* Lead a small team.
* Ensure successful completion of training and apprenticeship programmes.
* Manage and prioritise coordination activities to meet internal and external requirements.
* Act as main point of contact for programmes for internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain excellence in coordination activities including answering stakeholder queries, onboarding, managing commercials and evaluating programme feedback.
* Collate, analyse and report programme feedback data.
* Present service delivery reviews to clients.
Below is a list of Key Skills required for the Programme Coordinator role, however you will not be expected to have everything:
* Experience within Defence/National Security.
* A confident coordinator and leader, programme coordination experience would be ideal.
* Experienced at building and maintaining client relationships.
* Extensive cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Good administration skills.
* Effective soft skills and emotional intelligence facilitating effective written and verbal communication.
* Comfortable presenting to clients both face to face and virtually.
* Proficient in analysing, evaluating and reporting data.
* Microsoft office (including Excel and PowerPoint).
