About You...
Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at Senior sous, kitchen manager or banqueting Head Chef level is essential. Working with the Head Chef you'll be the lead for all banqueting and events kitchen operations for our events venue - The Little Fox, where we hold weddings, functions, events and meetings. Working closely with the events and senior management team, you'll drive the food culture, managing menus and deliverling premium event experiences.
