Customer Service/Account Executive – Yateley
Up to £28,000 per year + Good Working Hours + Pension + Excellent Holiday Scheme + Company Benefits
Responsibilities
* Managing customer enquiries, queries and requests via phone and email, communicate effectively with internal departments such as the Laboratory, Logistics, UK Sales, etc, to ensure that all customer objectives are met
* Work in a temp to perm capacity
* Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers to support service delivery
Hours & Location
Location: Yateley
39 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 8:00–16:30, Friday 8:00–15:30
The Person / Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer service/support, BD role
* Able to start immediately or within 2 weeks
* Excellent communication and IT skills (Microsoft, CRM systems)
