🧰 Role Overview
As part of the Management Services team, you’ll play a central role in supporting client-facing teams and helping deliver exceptional service to a broad portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with brokers, markets, and internal functions to ensure accurate documentation, smooth renewals, and consistent operational excellence.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Supporting client servicing, understanding client needs, and helping deliver tailored solutions
* Managing renewal workflows, tracking actions, and coordinating with markets
* Preparing, updating, and checking market documentation, including slips, wordings, policies, and evidence of cover
* Completing quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Liaising with internal teams such as compliance, claims, and credit control
* Producing client presentations and maintaining accurate e-files
* Updating data on internal platforms and producing endorsements or mid-term amendments as required
* Handling technical queries to ensure clients’ best interests are maintained
🎓 What They’re Looking For
* A-Level (or equivalent) education
* Progress toward CII qualifications is desirable
* Knowledge of the Lloyd’s, London, or international insurance markets
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Experience in an insurance technical role, especially involving slip production or renewals, is highly advantageous
