Mencap is seeking a passionate Support Worker to join our incredible team in Princes Risborough. This is a permanent and full time post.
We have two Supported Living Services where seven adults who have Learning Disabilities share their homes and enjoy a great life. As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of these individuals. Each person has their own unique abilities and needs and you will be supporting them to live the life they choose.
A genuine passion for supporting others.

Being able to reduce social isolation of people with a learning disability.
Being able to increase the independence and confidence of individuals with a learning disability.
Enabling the people with a learning disability to fully access their local communities.

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
for the sleep-in you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
