ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Engage with the wider marketing team, working closely with the designer and marketing manager on multi-disciplined projects targeted to a B2B audience. Write compelling content for both offline and online channels, translating technical information into simplified yet detailed language whilst emphasising the benefits and value for customers. Work closely with internal stakeholders in researching content topics, identifying key words to optimise SEO and verifying facts to maintain credibility. Develop new and exciting content that pushes the brands limits whilst also finding new ways to engage with their audiences. Communicate cross-departmentally and gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and solutions. Blend in-depth industry insights with original perspectives, and leverage AI tools to enhance and accelerate the content creation process. Without losing creativity, ensure all content shares the same tone of voice and remains within the company’s guidelines. Uphold editorial standards and self-edit/self-proof all work. Ensure high performing content through A/B testing and analysis. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 3 years’ professional Content / Copy Writing experience is essential. B2B copywriting experience is preferred. Experience writing copy for SaaS or technology sectors would be ideal. Experience of self-editing/proofing own work to an exceptional standard. Experience of producing creative content crafted with a consistent voice, whilst considering SEO best practice. Commercially aware with experience of verifying sources/fact-checking to maintain trust from a B2B audience. Ability to provide examples of written work that reflect a range of formats and tones. Organised, detail oriented, and self-motivated, with experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
