Conveyancing Legal Secretary – Gillingham
A well-established, award-winning law firm in Kent is looking for experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretaries to join their busy property teams. With a friendly, supportive environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while working on a wide range of residential transactions.
What you’ll do:
Draft contracts and handle dictation
Manage exchanges and completions
Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors
Use Land Registry portal (OS1 & OS2 submissions)
Complete AML checks as required
We’re looking for someone who:
Has conveyancing secretarial experience
Understands sales through to completion
Communicates confidently and stays organised under pressure
