Your new role
As a Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of ambitious, privately owned businesses. You’ll deliver high-qualitypliance and advisory services, guiding clients throughplex challenges such as succession planning, group restructuring, profit extraction strategies, and employee incentivisation. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the future of the tax team, mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
1. ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification (or equivalent)
2. Proven experience in corporate taxpliance and advisory work
3. Strong technical knowledge of UK tax regulations affecting Owner Managed Businesses
4. Excellentmunication and relationship-building skills
5. A proactive approach to identifying tax planning opportunities and mitigating risk
