What you’ll be doing
* Leading and supporting a team working across 7-day shifts, including weekends and nights.
* Ensuring trauma-informed, person-centred support plans are in place and regularly reviewed.
* Responding promptly to safeguarding concerns and liaising with partner agencies.
* Supporting young people to develop life skills and move towards independent living.
* Promoting a culture of trust, empathy, and emotional safety within your team.
What we’re looking for
* Experience working with vulnerable teenagers aged 16–17.
* Proven ability to lead or supervise a team in a 24/7 support environment.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and trauma-informed care.
* A Level 3 qualification in social care, youth work, or housing (or willingness to work towards it).
* Excellent communication, empathy, and resilience.
