We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our busy and supportive team. This varied role offers the chance to contribute across administration, events management, and wider organisational support, while working closely with colleagues at all levels.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £16.92 per hour + holiday pay
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-class administrative support, including managing shared inboxes, room bookings, records, and purchase orders.
* Assist with internal communications, including newsletters and mailing lists.
* Organise events such as seminars, research days, and social gatherings, coordinating catering, publicity, and logistics.
* Support senior staff with diary management, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements.
* Contribute to projects and organisational initiatives as required.
