Inspire the team : Motivate and guide the team to work as one, delivering efficient, friendly, and on-brand service. Be present on the floor : Jump in during peak hours to lead from the front, resolve guest concerns, and ensure smooth service flow. Own the details : Support with stock management, team scheduling, compliance, SOP adherence, and upholding brand and hygiene standards. Bring ideas to life : Contribute to promotions, activations, and new concepts in collaboration with the wider Food & Drink and Marketing teams. Support performance goals : Help manage costs, drive upsell initiatives, and support the Restaurant Manager in meeting key targets. What’s Your Story? You’re dynamic, hands-on, and passionate about guest experience.
