Being part of a small group of very high quality country hotels, the structure and support is in place to help any senior chef coming into the company, and is the ideal kitchen for a career minded enthusiastic Sous chef to really hone their craft, with the added bonus of working a 4 day week, this position also offers a fantastic work/life balance This position offers a great salary, short term live-in for a relocation, and the opportunity to work with some of the best local ingredients North Yorkshire has to offer. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: A proven background working in fresh food led kitchens, be it in hotel, gastro pub or a restaurant setting Experience working in Banqueting & Events.
